Tom Kalinoski is one of Philadelphia's most respected Personal Trainers. As an athlete and captain in high school and college, he was responsible for training new recruits; getting them strong and fit in a short period of time. After being involved in weightlifting, aerobics, hiking, team sports, and competing in road races for years, Tom joined the Philadelphia National Personal Training Institute to as an elite trainer in training to achieve his industry requirement as a Certified Trainer under the supervision and guidance of nationally recognized Barry Fritz.  With a common sense approach, he implements a nutritional program that greatly improves the health of the athletes and clients that are determined to make a life change. He thrives on making a positive difference in people's lives.

Tom has been improving the lives of many dedicated Philadelphia residents. He is selective about the clients he accepts into his training program. He admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous about of discipline and determination. But Tom's techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.

Tom holds an associates degree from his home state of Connecticut before relocating to Philadelphia and completing his nationally recognized fitness training at the Philadelphia academy which uses "hands on," practical applications including "in class" theory to better educate professional trainers to implement specialized protocols for people with all levels of fitness. "I'm passionate about people who want to help themselves get physically and mentally fit to to create a more fulfilling happy lifestyle."
